Elan Credit Card App Reviews

All I get is error message this application is not compatible with your device. iPhone 5S iOS 8.4

So happy there is an app but I am not able to make a payment on the app. Keeps saying network error but my network is fine.

I cant check my transactions. I always being prompted with "There is unexpected error at this time. Please try again. " :,((

Says my credentials/password isnt recognized or correct. Go to the main website and I can log in with the identical username and password I attempted with the app. I would love to use this app but I cant.

Elan has a history of putting out terrible applications (their website used to not work on chrome, of all browsers) and their app is no different. After downloading I am told upon trying to log in that my app is out of date and I need to download the newest version. Well, I literally just downloaded it so this is the newest version. Elan, you guys need to invest in better web and mobile application developers and stop outsourcing the work like I presume you are now.

I downloaded the app and when I went to login it said I needed to update to the newest version....where is the newest version? Where do I find it?

When opening app a message prompts you to update to newer version of Elan to proceed but one is not available in App Store. Hard too keep track of credit card finances with out the quick view of the Elan app. Please fix this issue.

Finally! Its about time they made an app for credit cards with elan financial! So far so good with this app. I love it, and I will so not miss using the mobile site!

I just installed it and it crashes right away. "This application is not supported on your device." iOS 9 iPhone 6+

Finally have an app for Elan! Im thrilled that it works just as expected. Despite other reviews it works great with my iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2!

Attempting to log in and when I get to the point where it asks me a personal question for security, when I put in the first letter, it knocks me out to my desktop. Tried a few times and it still does it. So, I cant review it any further. Please fix. Thanks!!1

Very happy to see that they finally made an app. Would love to see fingerprint access integrated in this app, but so far no complains. Great job!

Ive been waiting to be able to use this rather than visit a website. Its clean and runs perfect for me. Im running this on an iPhone 6 on iOS 9. Extra feature that would be convenient would be Touch ID rather than password. But for what the app is, works great. :) thanks for finally releasing an app for the credit card!!

"Compatibility: Requires iOS 7.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch." Let me know when this is true because Im on iPhone 5S running iOS 8.3 and I get a message that reads "This application is not supported for your device." Lying is never good...

Touch ID login and Apple Pay would be perfect on this app. Definitely need to make those features available ASAP

Please make this iPad compatible. While the app still works, the resolution is still just for the iPhone.
