Elan Credit Card App Reviews

Its a simple app that provides quick access and info on your accounts. It would be nice to have Touch ID sign-in and the ability to temporarily freeze your card in case of simple misplacement. Many companies already have this on their mobile apps; especially the former.

Tells me my account is restricted & call customer service & they have no problems with my account. Log in online and have no problem. Whats going on with this app??!!!

The unexpected error is way more expected that you think. Its should say "the usual expected error has occurred and you STILL cant see your account."

Overall the app does what it is supposed to do. It is lacking in TouchID. Almost all other financial apps have TouchID as a login option. Please add.

Desperately needs TouchID but otherwise a good app.

I have never had a successful attempt logging into my account. Useless.

Please add Touch ID for logging in.

I have been unable to use this app because every time I try to log on I get an unexpected error occurred message. I have no problems logging onto this website just the mobile app. Have even deleted the app several times and re-downloaded. Still no luck.

Definitely need to implement Touch ID, Im to lazy :)

Great app to pay bill, but NEEDS TOUCH ID - please get with the program!! Second - have a tab on menu for Statements and a sub menu to search transactions.

UNEXPECTED ERROR every attempt to log in.

Someone at Elan (USBank) needs to get a Citi or Capital One credit card and download the apps to see what a 21st-century app looks like. ie) drill down functionality and fingerprint ID.

This mobile app is not worth downloading. You can get in on the website on a computer with no problem. But to try it with this mobile app you always get problems and restrictions. Do not download unto a improvements on this mobile app.

Worked for a while then started asking security question but wouldnt accept the answer nor allow me access through the "forgot answer" feature. Needs the bugs fixed. Also could use Touch ID like all my other banking apps have. Guess Ill go back to using the website with my computer until they fix this Turkey.

Doesnt work on jailbroke phones. No Touch ID either.

Paid my bill on this app and it took three payments out if my bank account! Yikes! My bank submitted a dispute as Elan promised me they would credit my bank for the error in 7 days. Never did and now over 7 business days. Very unhappy.

This app is so awful and randomly buggy Im beginning to think its on purpose to make more folks miss a payment and generate more fees for them.

Retarded app, customer service and tech support

Needs Touch ID and more features. Seriously, these apps are pretty simple. Get with the program Elan.
