I stopped using the card because they were behind with the technology, all other credit cards have their own app, so now I thank you for finally becoming affluent again. Five stars because Im happy and it worked for me.

iPhone 6 not supported
I downloaded this app awhile ago and had the same issues on my iPhone 5. I just got email today saying to download their new mobile app. Thinking they mustve fixed the issue. Fail. "This application is not supported for your device" I cant even finish typing in my username before it crashes. Its 2016, this is my only Credit Card site/app that is stuck in 2012.
It does not allow mee to login. It crashes on my iphone... Fix it fast.
Attempted to input the ID information, once I did the app closed and did not work. Please fix. Looks like it could be a helpful app for keeping credit card information up to date but definitely needs to function to receive a higher rating.
The app works fine. But would be much better with a TouchID choice for login. Similar to my Fidelity app.
The app works well. It does what it is supposed to do. I would like it to have Touch ID support so I do not have to keep entering my password.
The app works on my iPhone, but on my iPad, each time I attempt to log in, clicking in the space to answer the security question, the app closes out and returns the iPad to the home screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times, as well as rebooting the iPad to no avail... Help!!!
Id like to be able to access my account all the time which is easier through the app, and I stopped using my card because they didnt have an app! This app needs some improvements though: 1- Touch ID 2- Preview of account summary without login into the app 3- Rewards summary
Even on the iPhone, it lets you enter the ID and your security question but then it crashes and tells you there is an on identified error please try again later. I would really like to have this app working on both the iPhone and the iPad.
The app works just fine and is a convenient way of handling my finances. Prior reviews about app crashes may have been already taken care of. My experience was pleasant. I downloaded the app, signed in, did what I had to, and came here to write a good review. A must have app for those who want to be in touch with their finances on the go.
Much like the service and company culture this app is a complete piece of crap. Has never worked does not show current amount owed on rare instance it lets you log in. Do a balance transfer to cc with better customer service, theyre out there. Avoid this company like the plague.
Dozens of attempts over months of trying. Cant get past "there was an unexpected error at this time. Please try again." New devices, new installs, nothing helps. Must be with my account.
This is a decent banking app. It does everything I needed to do including account overview, viewing transactions, and making a payment.
Needs Touch ID to get any more stars.
Good app. Cant believe it doesnt have Touch ID. It needs it to go from good to great.
App is great and easy to use, but please add Touch ID. Every other finance app has implemented this. Update: After using the app for awhile longer, I have another request. Please only include the transactions for the current billing cycle. Its hard to keep track when it just shows an endless list of transactions going back months.
